About Free Shuttle Service

We provide a free shuttle service to and from Nagano Station or your accommodation for out-of-prefecture patients who require multiple treatments on the same day. Advance booking is required.

*Our complimentary shuttle service is available within a 3-kilometer radius of our clinic.
*We provide a free shuttle service to and from Nagano Station or your accommodation for out-of-prefecture patients visiting during the winter season (November 15th to February 28th).
*Please understand that there may be times when we cannot accommodate your exact requested pick-up or drop-off time due to traffic conditions.
